William R. Beyer, Former CFO of Bitfone Corporation, Brings 20 Years of Experience to 3G Mobile Games Company
Menlo Park, Calif. - Sept. 5, 2007 - Vollee, Inc., the 3G mobile games company streaming a console gaming experience to phones, announced today the appointment of William R. (Bill) Beyer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He joins Vollee with two decades of experience in leading blue-chip companies, conducting commerce in over 20 countries and having closed more than $265 million in private equity financing. Most recently, Bill served as CFO and treasurer of Bitfone Corporation leading the company to profitability and a successful acquisition by Hewlett-Packard in February 2007. In his role at Vollee, Bill will apply his experience to ensure success in meeting the company's growth initiatives.

Prior to his tenure at Bitfone, Bill served as CFO and treasurer of Mahi Networks, Inc. where he insured that the company was sufficiently capitalized in an extremely difficult funding environment. He joined Mahi Networks from Advanced Fibre Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFCI; now Nasdaq:TLAB) where he served as regional vice president of international business development and finance and actively participated in the company's public offering process.
