Martin Dunsby
President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO of Vollee, Martin works closely with leading mobile operators and content publishers around the world to create and launch innovative, high value 3G services to drive their business success. A 17 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Martin has had experience as an engineer, consultant, and executive since the early days of analog cellular systems and the Internet.
Martin joined Vollee from mobile solutions provider Openwave Systems, formerly known as phone.com, where he served as general manager and senior vice president. At Openwave, he was responsible for the company's largest division, Openwave Global Services, accounting for approximately half the company's revenue. Previously Martin was vice president of sales and operations for engineering consultancy inCode Wireless (acquired by Verisign), and at Deloitte Consulting he was the partner who founded and led Deloitte's Global Wireless practice. Martin earned a BA/MA from Oxford University, England; is a member of IEEE and ACM; and is a widely quoted industry commentator and analyst.
William R. Beyer
Chief Financial Officer
William (Bill) Beyer leads the company's financial initiatives to ensure growth and fiscal stability. Bill is backed by more than 20 years of blue-chip, professional experience in international finance and operations with a deep history in fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, business development and operations. He has closed more than $265 million in private equity financings and has conducted commerce in over 20 countries worldwide.
Most recently, Bill served as CFO and treasurer of Bitfone Corporation driving the company to profitability and to a successful acquisition by Hewlett-Packard in February 2007. Prior to his tenure at Bitfone, he served as CFO and treasurer of Mahi Networks, Inc., where he kept the company sufficiently capitalized in an extremely difficult funding environment and managed the successful acquisition and integration of Photuris, Inc. Bill joined Mahi Networks from Advanced Fibre Communications, Inc. where he acted as regional vice president of international business development and finance. He joined AFC before the company's initial public offering and actively participated in the offering process.
Yaron Buznach
Chief Technical Officer, Founder
As the founder of Vollee, Yaron is a mobile visionary, developing ground breaking new interactive streaming and real-time tools. He has worked to build Vollee and provide the guidance necessary to make his concept of streaming full video games to mobile a reality. He now serves as the CTO of Vollee, managing the overarching product and technology strategy for the 3G mobile games company. He has more than 13 years experience in developing large scale distributed server applications.
Prior to founding Vollee, Yaron held the position of CTO and co-founder of Adwise, an on-line advertisement company where he was responsible for developing a new paradigm for online advertisement driven by network click-stream behavior. Prior to this, Yaron was a systems designer and technical support manager at Infonet Services Corp., a provider of cross-border managed data communications services. During his military service in the Israel Defense Force, Yaron served as a senior R&D manager and systems architect.
Noam Oren
Vice President, Research and Development
As the vice president of research and development, Noam oversees the progress of Vollee's core-technology, servers and subscribers. He has been leading the development of innovative multimedia technologies for international companies over the past 16 years, including the last seven years in the mobile industry.
Prior to joining Vollee, Noam co-designed Zoran's ground-breaking multimedia application processors for mobile phones. Before Zoran, Noam was vice president of software engineering at Emblaze Semiconductor, a leader in 3G multimedia solutions, where he was responsible for software development of Emblaze's multimedia mobile processor, including the first world's VOD mobile processor introduced by Samsung. Noam started his career developing products for the Atari computer platform.
Julian Corbett
Head of Business Development
As head of business development for Vollee, Julian builds partnerships with leading video game publishers and mobile operators worldwide to bring console and PC game titles to mobile. Over the last decade, Julian has been at the forefront of brokering deals for new entertainment platforms, emerging technology and innovative content.
Most recently he played a central role in the expansion of IN-FUSIO, a leading mobile games publisher and game service provider, into the North American market and in negotiating key partnerships with some of the largest companies in the world including Microsoft, Viacom, Universal and Twentieth Century Fox. He has also secured licensing agreements for valuable global brands including the blockbuster 'Halo' videogame franchise and one of the world's most popular online communities, Neopets. Prior to joining IN-FUSIO, he served as vice president of business development for Vizrt, a leader in broadcast graphics. He also headed U.S. operations for Medialab, a 3D real-time animation arm of Vivendi-Universal.
